What we do and what we don't.
Every day we read the refurbished offers from 13 sources: Mercado Libre, Amazon and 11 specialist shops. Each offer is tied to an exact model, with its storage, so the comparison is like for like.
Each shop describes condition in its own words, such as Premium, Bueno or Con detalles. We map them to a three-level scale and keep the original word next to it. The warranty is the one the shop publishes, in months.
We compare each price with what shops with the Reacondi badge charge for the same model. If it sits far below what any of them charges, the offer does not appear. That is how a pair of AirPods Pro 2 at 160 pesos went out. The rest is sorted by price, always.
The grade is the shop's word, mapped to our three-level scale, and the original word always appears next to it. Reacondi never sees the device. The grade describes what the shop promises.
The shop review confirms that the shop publishes its legal name, a physical address and a warranty policy, and that it sells from its own site. It is a review of public documents, done once and repeated when something changes. It says nothing about the devices the shop sells, its prices or how it treats you after the sale.
